CAMAS has an <br />approved NPDES (COG-500344) permit at this facility that allows for discharge of <br />groundwater from the mining area. <br />The hydrologic study requested in your report will be hand delivered by Tuttle Applegate <br />on December 23, 1999. The hydrologic study will include impacts expected to <br />groundwater, and will include an inventory of all well owners within 600 feet of the <br />dewatered pit, and will discuss potential impacts to these wells. <br />1 have included check #109914 in the amount of $300.00 to cover the fees for this <br />technical revision and for the technical revision pertaining to determining a new bond <br />amount for this facility, which will be submitted in January 2000 by Banks & Gesso. <br />Please call me if you have any questions, 303-716-5304.
