It also <br />appears that most of this area has been heavily disturbed due to <br />mining activities and that the sites within the mine plan area have <br />probably been destroyed. Therefore, we find that there will be no <br />effect to cultural resources by this revision. <br />If unidentified archaeological resources are discovered in the <br />course of the project, work must be interrupted until the resources <br />have been evaluated in terms of the National Register of Historic <br />Places eligibility criteria (36 CFR 60.4) in consultation with this <br />office. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
