Technical Revision No. 2 was an application for an increase in the
permit area and the right to mine federal coal. Bowie Resources has decided to submit Technical
Revision No. 7 instead, which would permit a change in the mining method to longwall, within
their current permit boundary emd with no federal coal involved.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
~~
~7oseph J.
