In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day public <br />comment period for the Division's decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed decision will be <br />published in the Delta County Irtdependen[ as soon as possible. <br />Stipulations, if any are imposed, aze included on the enclosed riders to the permit. If stipulations are <br />imposed, an authorized representative of Oxbow Mining, Inc. must sign and return one rider to the <br />Division.
