Typically, two weeks before the Board hearing, the <br />Division and the operator has an opportunity to mail material to <br />the Board so that they may be aware of the items before them. The <br />Division has mailed to the Board the information and cover letter <br />submitted by Scot Anderson on April 27, 1993, along with some <br />additional pertinent background information. <br />An approximate time for Mountain Coal's item, should be available <br />on Monday, June 21, 1993.
