In this c~, the Office recommends that the Bo~could find 64 days of ~ y <br />violation at $1000.00 to $x,000.00 per day. <br />The total civil penalty of $64,303.44 to $320,303.44 (Nos. 1 & 2) is due 30 days from the date of <br />the signed Board Order. <br />C[VIL PENALTY (C.R.S. 34-32.5-123(2)rnd (~t)) EYPLORING WITH OUT A PERMIT (To be completed <br />by the staff) <br />4.
