Shuey -2- August 30, 1993 <br />• The demolition prices need only be valid for 1.5 years because <br />the prices will be reevaluated during the mid-term review as <br />explained above. <br />• The demolition prices were added to the bond estimate as total <br />direct cost. As such, a 108 contractors profit was added to <br />the prices.
