The comments can be incorporated into the permit <br />application document as submitted. Kerr Coal is resubmitting the request to retain Pond <br />F as a technical revision rather than a minor revision. <br />One additional issue needs addressed. The Division requests that Kerr Coal Company <br />add to the permit application document a list containing the names and mailing addresses <br />of the surface and mineral owners within and adjacent to permit area.
