Long <br />Division Director <br />Proposed Settlement Agreements for the above noted Notices of <br />Violation (NOV's) are enclosed, along with an assessment conference <br />summary and narrative justification for the proposed settlement <br />amount, for each NOV. The conference was held in the offices of <br />the Division on July 20, 1993. You and Rich Munson represented <br />Kerr Coal Company, David Berry and Randy Price represented the <br />Division, and I was the Assessment Conference Officer. <br />For each NOV, if you agree with the Settlement Agreement, please <br />sign the form and return a signed copy to the Division. If you do <br />not agree with the settlement proposal, do not sign the form.
