An <br />Assessment Conference was held at the Division of Minerals and Geology office in Denver on July <br />18, 2001. In attendance at the conference, in addition to you and me, was Mr. Dan Hernandez and <br />Mr. Steve Hinkemeyer. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement Agreement within ten (10) days as <br />instructed on the form. If you disagree with the Settlement Agreement, do not sign it.
