Varra
Companies may wish to pursue a large scale, gravel quarry reclamation, which will requtre an
issuance of a Certificate of Designation, independent of the CD granted for this project. As
such is Logical that this project be terminated. ?he pilot project was completed In accordance
with the monitoring and cnrr~gliance requirements and conditions mandated by the State and
Weld County.
No spec'rfic closure requirements were presented in the Certificate of Designation er USR
permit and it is our recommendation the coal ash buried at the facility be left in place for futw-=_
permitting and research purposes.
