Also, during the review of your release request, it was noted that the current <br />required bond amount was recorded as $169,802.50, although the Division only has a $139,500.00 <br />bond on file. Because of the release of the Amendment areas, the Division believes that $139,500 <br />bond is adequate and acceptable.
