These results should be reviewed prior to <br />topsoil redistribution. <br />Reclamation of Existing Facilities. <br />11. With the reclamation of the 720 and pit no. 1 areas, an alternative reclamation <br />plan must be devised for the disposal of material from the reclamation of the loadout, <br />pit No.2 haul ramp and the existing office and shop facilities. The reclamation plan <br />in the permit should be updated to include fill disposal locations and volumes for this <br />disposal. Phase I bond cannot be released for those areas held open for the <br />disposal of this material. <br />Potential Excess Spoil Material <br />12. The two pods of excess spoil along the ridge east of the 720 Pit must be used <br />for backfilling. The Division will consider elevations + or - 10 feet of the original 20 <br />feet contour to be within an acceptable error of margin. <br />Conclusion <br />The Division cannot finalize a proposed decision for a phase I bond release until <br />these issues have been resolved. <br />Marr Strip, Bond Release 7 May 24, 1994 <br />
