I have reviewed AVS and have some questions [ha[ need [o be answered so that the AVS may be
updated.
Basin Resources:
1) Please document End Dates (letters of resignation, certified board minutes, etc) for the
following officers for Basin Resources so that AVS may be updated, or please revise Table
2A, 2.03-7 of the permit page [o show that [hey are still officers of Basin Resources.

2) In AVS, Entech, Inc. is still the Shareholder of Basin Resources, but they are not listed on
Table 2A, 2.03-7 as a shareholder. Please document the End Date for Entech, Inc. if they
are not a shareholder and also revise Table 2A, 2.03-7 to show [he new shareholder of
Basin Resources.
Westmoreland Coal Company:
1) In AVS, Laurel B. Placido is listed as an Assistant Treasurer, with a Begin Date of
4/17/00, but is not listed on Table 2C, 2.03-9 of the permit page. Please either revise Table
2C, 2.03-9 to show Laurel Placido as still being an AST, or have AVS updated to show
that Laurel Placido is no longer an Assistant Treasurer.
