On page 2.05-184.7 there is a significant difference between the predicted flooding of Fish Creek as a
result of subsidence between the mathematical model, 262 acres, versus 39 acres in the GEIv1COM
model for panel 13R. The comparison between the two models for the other panels are much closer.
Please explain the lazge difference between the two predictions.
13. Exhibit 4E-3, discusses subsidence predictions, impacts and monitoring of the energy spur (rail line)
and Fish Creek. Although this exhibit discusses potentially flooded areas of Fish Creek and its
associated alluvial valley floor, resulting from subsidence, there is no discussion of potential impacts
to adjacent land that may be saturated as a result of subsidence. Please include a discussion of
impacts to potentially saturated areas resulting from subsidence.
C:/jhb/C82056/PROS/jhbadgl.doc ~ `YI 2 3/10100
