Although I have not read itlthoroughly, <br />I would like to have the Costilla Cotatty Conservancy District afford~d "Party <br />Status". We tmderstand that the board will make certain decisions, d we <br />might not want to challenge those decisions. On the other hand, aft~r we hear <br />what the Board resolves, we might want to challenge those decisions. <br />In any evertt, the Conservancy District has several important issues onceming <br />the Mined I.aztd Reclamation Division as well as the Board of Director which it <br />needs to present.
