Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />On November 13, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) received a petition for <br />administrative appeal from James O'Callaghan Patterson, copy of the petition is enclosed. <br />The petitioner, Mr. Patterson, seeks administrative appeal of DMG's decision that mining <br />and reclamation activities conducted by ZMK are compliant with permit conditions and the <br />Act and Rules, as stated in DMG's report generated from the June 13, 2003 inspection. <br />Therefore, DMG has scheduled this matter for consideration by the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board (Board). <br />A Formal Public Hearing will be held during the December 16-17, 2003 Board meeting for <br />consideration of the request for administrative appeal. The hearing will be held in Room <br />318 of 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 16t", and <br />9:00 a.m. on the 17th, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered.
