It <br />is anticipated that the earthwork required for this revision will be undertaken during the <br />winter of 1997-1998, with revegetation occurring immediately afterward. <br />As numerous modifications to the permit text were required to reflect the activities to <br />be undertaken, Section 2.05 of the permit text has been rewritten, reorganized, and <br />resubmitted in it's entirety. The goal of the resubmittal is to incorporate many changes <br />that have occurred with the approval of several revisions, as well as to change the text <br />to better reflect the plans and actual activities of the mine at this time. Designs for the <br />permanently reclaimed spoils area are contained on Map 5-10 (two sheets). <br />A reclamation plan for the North Pit (interim plan) is under discussion and has not been <br />incorporated into this revision. Several decisions regarding location of structures <br />serving the post-mining land use remain, and the location of these structures may <br />
