Sherman <br />Executive Director <br />Ronald W, Cattany <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Please be advised that the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DAMS) has <br />received a request for a Formal Public Hearing from Basin Resources, Inc. regazding the <br />DAMS Proposed Decision to Increase the Bond for the Basin Resources, Inc., Golden <br />Eagle Mine, Permit No. C-1981-013. The Proposed Decision was issued by the DAMS <br />by letter dated March 21, 2007.
