DRAFT <br />RIGHT TO ENTER II <br />This document is evidence that the undersigned property owners have granted, Aggregate <br />Industries West Central Region, Inc., 3605 South Teller Street, Lakewood, Colorado, <br />80217, through the Reclamation Lease Agreement that is in existence at this time, <br />permission to enter the property described below. The permission granted is for <br />reclamation purposes only and then only in accordance with the appropriate regulatory <br />permit as may be approved by the Division of Minerals and Geology of the Department <br />of Natural Resources of the State of Colorado. <br />Property Description: <br />The Agreement Property is that certain tract of land more particularly <br />described by metes and bounds and shaded on the document attached <br />hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part hereof by this reference, prepared <br />by SRK Consulting as Project No. 54210, dated 10/02, Revision A, <br />entitled: Reclamation Area.
