Barra, <br />Division Director <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will hold an adjudicatory hearing on <br />the Division's proposed decision to release bond at Canadian Strip Mine during <br />the Board meeting on October 16 and 17, 1991. The operator, Wyoming Fuels, is <br />contesting the Division's interpretation of the regulations in accordance with <br />Rule 3.03.2(b). Specifically, the company is concerned that the Division's <br />decision was based on a guideline requiring the vegetative cover to be 90% of <br />the reference area with 90% statistical accuracy.
