In accordance with our second follow-up letter concerning annual fees for your
Section 34-32-112 permit, you are being scheduled before the Mined Land
Reclamation Board at a meeting to be held on March 27-28, 1485, in Room 110 of
1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. At this meeting, the Board will
consider a possible violation of your permit and the Mined Land Reclamation
Act for failure to remit all annual fees required under the law and any
appropriate corrective action. Division records indicate you owe $5350.00.
The meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m. each day. Please call this office two
days before the meeting for a more specific day and time when your matter will
be heard.
