This
plan has been developed after consultation with the landowner, George Rienau, and expresses his
desires for the post-mining configuration of the ]and. A copy of this revision is being sent to the
Corps of Engineer office in Grand Junction as a response to their letter to me dated August 22,
1996. We would like to perform the work needed for this revision in October or early November
of this year. Therefore, anything that could be done in your office to speed the process would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks, Erica.
If there are any questions, please call.
Greg L/ewicki
Greg Lewicki and Associates
Sincerely yours,
