Lochhead <br />CKecmrve Director <br />Michael B Long <br />Dirisan Dueaor <br />On November 18, 1996 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on October 21, 1996, addressing the following: <br />Reclamation plan for Gannister Pit Area. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 6 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-77-193. <br />The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all other provisions of <br />Permit No. M-77-193 remain in full force and effect. <br />Stipulation No. <br />Description <br />1. As part of the reclamation plan to be completed for the Gannister Pit area, the <br />materials associated with new disturbance in the area, i.e., pad and portion of road <br />being used as informal shooting range, and with some old disturbances, i.e., dozer <br />pit and stockpiles at the mouth of the north canyon resulting from minitLg activity, <br />will be smoothed, i.e., graded out and leveled, and shaped, i.e., blended with <br />surroundings, and then revegetated as otherwise approved in this revision. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />J~tM-tLz~ G S~-P,ve,.~ <br />James C.
