In most cases, an explanation of <br />the comment or a revision to an existing page was all that was necessary. However, in other <br />Gazes, some new information will be obtained from aerial photographs which were recently <br />taken. Following receipt of the photos and associated mapping, the remainder of the comments <br />will be completed, Our responses are numbered in the same sequence az your letter. <br />Part I - Aoril 9. 1992 Letter <br />I. Company Management Information <br />The information requested has been supplied. No response is necessary. <br />II. Classification of Permitted Acreage <br />1. Due to recent construction of new surface facilities and expansion of the refuse <br />disposal area, the most accurate calculation of the surface disturbance area is 104.5 <br />acres. MCC will utilize the aerial photos and maps presently being prepared to re- <br />evaluate the surface disturbance area. Should a change be warranted, a minor <br />revision would be submitted. <br />IiI. Emissions Permits <br />1. The information requested has been supplied. No response is necessary. <br />IV.
