Copies of Required Notification to Interested Parties: Proof of notification of interested <br />parties will be submitted. <br />18. Newspaper Advertisement and Proof of Publication: Enclosed <br />PHASE I BOND RELEASE REQUIREMENTS <br />1. As-built Post Mining Topography Map: A PMT Map is being reviewed for certification and <br />will be submitted to the Division as soon as available. <br />2. Certified Cross-sections: Cross-sections are being submitted with this application. A <br />professional engineer is reviewing the cross sections for certification and certified drawings will be <br />submitted to the Division when available. <br />3. Documentation of Drainage Reestablishment: Drainages are shown on the Certified Post Mining <br />Topography Map. <br />4. Documentation that Drainage Control is in Accordance with the Approved Plan: Drainage controls <br />indicated on the certified Post-Mining Topography Map are consistent with controls required by the <br />approved drainage control plan. <br />
