'This practice impacts me from the
standpoint that I use a lower access road to travel to ttry residence.
Material from tYte Castle Concrete site is likely to bloc or obstrtut
that resiaential subdivision access road.
As a concerned citizen I am also concerned that the loss of the natural
hillside vegetation is prrntnting erosion, damaging the natural c,ratershed,
and increasing flowrates and quantities of surface drainage into the
downstream drainage ways of other property owners.
Enclosed are the available pI>otograpltis of this area which I have to
date. Also enclosed is my correspondance with the Castle Concrete
attorney on this toatter. Also enclosed is my past correspondance with
Nfi.RD staff on this matter. Please categorize these enclosures as mS'
exhibits. Please note that I have not received any reply on this
earlier correspondence from the ML,RD staff. Should you have any questions
please feel free to call on me.
Sincerely, ~~
/i'
Gregory :. Nagel, P.
