The West Elk Mine is located on <br />fodarally and privately owned land and mines federal coal. <br />]1s ve, alo7tg vlth Mountain Coal, have previously negotiated the <br />water depletion amount and have some to a aoriserisus, the pivision <br />would recommend that the US Fish & wildilfe Service Issue a final <br />draft of the biological opinion regarding depletions to the North <br />Pork or the Gunnison River. <br />The Division appreaiatea your assistance in this matter.
