ORDER CONFIRMING CONSENT OF STATE TO REQUEST FOR
TRANSFER OF PERMIT NO. M-83-141

IN THE MATTER OF: Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. and Colina Oro Molino, Inc.;
Permit No. M-83-141
This matter comes before the Board upon the Stipulation
Concerning Permit Transfer and Amendment of Orders ("the motion")
filed by Colina Oro Molino, Inc.; Cosmos Resources, Ltd.;
Homestate, Inc.; Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc.; Gold Hill Ventures;
and Gold Hill Ventures Limited Partnership. Based on the stipu-
lations set out in the motion and the evidence introduced during
the hearing on this matter, the Board hereby hereby approves of
the transfer of Permit No. M-83-141 to Colina Oro Molino, Inc.
and Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. as co-permitees. This permit
transfer shall be effective retroactively to October 4, 1985.
This order supersedes the Consent of State, dated October
4, 1985, to the "Request for Transfer of Mineral Permit and Suc-
cession of Operators" executed on September 18, 1985; and the
Consent of State, dated October 23, 1991, to the "Request for
Transfer of Mineral Permit and Succession of Operators" executed
on June 7, 1991.
