Banta. <br />Division Director <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation Division hereby issues notice that on <br />April 26, 1991, an application to revise (west ridge hydrologic controll a <br />current permit to conduct coal mining operations, File No. C-80-001 (PR - <br />0021, by Pittsburg E Midway Mining Co., 6400 S. Fiddler's Green Circle, <br />Englewood, CO 80111, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All. <br />reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations in parts of <br />Sections 13, 14, 23, and 24 Township 4 North, Range 86 West, in Routt County. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on IISGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />maps of Oak Creek and Rattlesnake Butte. A copy of the permit revision <br />application is available for public inspection at the Routt County Courthouse, <br />522 Lincoln - Box 773598, Steamboat Borings, CO. Written comments, objections <br />or requests for an informal conference on the permit revision application may <br />be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(3031 866-3567.
