• • III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
999
~~Ir L;trrv D Oehler
Apnl !, 3UUU
Pa~~e Z nf'_
Should the revised aoolicazion be [hat the present auarrv be closed down and moved to another
site, my second primary concern would be that the e:dsting location be restored somewhat to its natural state
and nut be left abandoned as a ripped niece of land. It would seem uncarine and irresponsible For [he
Distnct to even consider abandoning the property and not do such repairs so that [he land can become
usable once again perhaps to another homeowner. We respect and appreciate our District Ot~ce here in
Colorado City and hope that the District would respect us as homeowners nearby and hear our sincere
concerns for help in this issue.
Please continue to keep me informed. My wife and I plan to attend any meetings set forth by you.
as well. as by the District Office. It would be appreciated if I could be informed of the meetings in writing
than by any public notice in any newspapers to avoid any misunderstandings.
Sincerely,
Edward J. Garduno
Attachment
