The purpose of the inspection will be to evaluate <br />reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that you be notified prior to the inspection, so that you <br />may attend the inspection. The landowner of the entire 43.4 acres of land requested for bond release is <br />San Miguel Power Association.
