M-77-304 Dear Totty: This letter is to follow up on the two related actions, as we have not heard anything in tecwt wceks, and the end of the comment period was about a month ago. As we discussed during our mxtittg on 7 November, the additional informmtion was provided that day or by fax that night (the information on copies provided t0 various agencies), and this completed the applicarion as of 8 November 1996. f checked with you the trxt week and ii appeared that you did indeed Lave all needed information. The publication of the notice was extended by two weeks, which meant that the mtice was published within 10 days of the completed applipdon submittal date, for four consavtive weeks: 8, 1S, 22 end 29 NOV 96. A copy of the affidavit of publication was sent to you in December. The end of We comment period was 19 December 1996. To our knowledge, the only comment received was from the Conservation District, regarding cultural resources. Though we believed that this had been addressed adequately in We original application, we again contacted the State Historical Society and obtained current informa>ion, then responded'boW to the Division sad to the cotnmrntor, to the effect Wet there was no impact anticipated. We answen~d this on 20 December 1996. We had also, as discussed, obtained a letter from We owner of the electrical utility lines, and had provided a copy to you of they approval latter. To our knowledge, we have not received any requests or correspondence from you on this subject since sending you Wese last three items.
