The <br />permit transfer should proceed smoothly, Before I can finish processing <br />the transfer, I need to have item 10 page 2 of the enclosed permit application <br />completed and returned prior to November 2, 1989. <br />I would also like to remind you that Holly Sugar Corporation presently has the <br />permit for the Rex Quarry in a status of temporary cessation. After Pete Lien <br />and Son's becomes the new permit holder, the Division should be notified when <br />the mine is returned to an active status. <br />Please contact the Division if we can be of further assistance in this matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />Larry D.
