The request for a Temporary <br />Cessation of this pertnit is withdrawn due to the following circumstances: <br />1). The Who Do Mine has been an active site during the last three years with <br />underground prospecting and surface rehabilitation work at the mine. <br />2). The work that has been conducted under a Prospecting Perrnit includes a portion <br />of the Cash and Who Do Mines permitted under our 110 Reclamation Permit site that is the <br />subject of this letter. <br />3). Mr. George and ITEC are requesting that the Prospecting Permit fox the Who Do <br />Mine site be withdrawn and the One-Site Prospecting Financial Warranty be kept in the <br />place for the Jonathon, Columbus and Keystone State sites. <br />4). All of the small amount of land that has been disturbed by Mr. George is also <br />covered by ITEC's 110 Reclamation Permit, and the financial warranty of the ITEC <br />operation is adequate to cover the reclamation liability of the prospecting activities at the <br />Who Do Mine site. <br />5). ITEC will continue the underground prospecting, rehabilitation and development <br />work at the Who Do Mine at a level that will maintain the active status of the Cash and Who <br />Do Mines' 110 Reclamation Permit. <br />Permit #:~1 - (Q ,3-141 Confidental?: <br />Class:'1L- 1 Type-Seq.: <br />From: ~ ~~U' To: DyNb <br />Doc.
