6. Revegetation Success Criteria <br />It is suggested that revegetation in should be deemed successful when accepted by the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />The revegetated area will be monitored for success of reclamation until accepted by the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. If revegetation failures occur prior to release, an analysis of <br />the site will be made and the area will be revegetated again as necessary. <br />7. Monitoring Reclamation Success <br />Monitoring the reclamation on an ongoing basis will allow minor revisions to assure successful <br />reclamation. The operator plans to use the local NRCS office to assist in detemuning the ability <br />of the reclaimed land to control erosion. If minor changes or modifications are needed to the <br />seeding and reclamation plan, revision plans will be submitted to the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety as required. It is hoped that the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />will provide assistance in evaluating the success of the ongoing reclamation process. All areas <br />disturbed and reclaimed and any other important items regazding the reclamation will be <br />submitted in the annual reports to the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />Yagneur Pit June 07 E-9 <br />
