THIS SOURCE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING EMISSION <br />GUIDELINES; <br />a. Mining Activities -Visible emissions not to exceed 20^.6, no off-property transport of visible <br />emissions. <br />b. Haul Roads - hlo off property transport of visible emissions shall apply to on-site haul roads, the <br />nuisance guidelines shall apply woff-site haul roads. <br />c. Haul Trucks - No off-property transport of visible emissions rxcept that when operating off tho <br />property of the owner or eperntor, the applicahle guidelines shall be no off-vehicle transport of <br />visible emissions. <br />Control Measures <br />1 . Arlertuate sail moisture must bn maintained in topsoil and overburden to control emissions during <br />removal. Watering shall be implF~rnented if necessary. <br />2.
