Based upon EMLC's request and the lack of objection thereto by the Division and Cotter <br />Corporation, and in order to promote efficiency of Board resources, it is reasonable for <br />the Board to grant the Motion to Intervene. As requested by Cotter Corporation, and as <br />consented to by the Division and EMLC, this matter should be scheduled for the Boazd's <br />April 2007 meeting, with appropriate preheating conferences to precede i[. <br />ORDER <br />Based on the foregoing Findings of fact and conclusions of law, [he Board hereby GRANTS the <br />Motion to Intervene filed by EMLC in this matter. The Boazd hereby orders that this matter be <br />heard at the Board's Apri12007 meeting.
