The file numbers in this matter are M-1977- 310, M-1984-014 and M-1977-306. EMLC seeks party status for the scheduled appeals by the Cotter Corporation of three Division of Reclamation, Minerals and Safety ("Division") decisions designating Cotter Corporation's underground uranium mine sites as designated mining operations or "DMOs". Jeff Pazsons and Travis Stills appeared on behalf of EMLC. John Watson appeazed on behalf of Cotter Corporation. Russ Means and Cheryl Linden appeazed on behalf of the Division. The Boazd, having considered the parties' presentations and having been otherwise fully informed of the facts in this matter, hereby enters the following findings of fact, conclusions of law and order: Cotter Corporation holds Section 112 reclamation permits for the JD-6, JD-8 and JD-9 uranium mines on property leased from the United States government.
