The file numbers in this matter are M-1977- <br />310, M-1984-014 and M-1977-306. EMLC seeks party status for the scheduled appeals by <br />the Cotter Corporation of three Division of Reclamation, Minerals and Safety ("Division") <br />decisions designating Cotter Corporation's underground uranium mine sites as designated <br />mining operations or "DMOs". Jeff Pazsons and Travis Stills appeared on behalf of EMLC. <br />John Watson appeazed on behalf of Cotter Corporation. Russ Means and Cheryl Linden <br />appeazed on behalf of the Division. <br />The Boazd, having considered the parties' presentations and having been otherwise fully <br />informed of the facts in this matter, hereby enters the following findings of fact, conclusions of <br />law and order: <br />Cotter Corporation holds Section 112 reclamation permits for the JD-6, JD-8 and JD-9 <br />uranium mines on property leased from the United States government. The JD-6 mine is <br />2.5 acres and is located in Section 22, Township 46 North, Range 17 West, 10`h Prime <br />M-1977-310, M-1984-014, M-1977-306 <br />Cotter, EMLC Motion to Intervene <br />
