Cease and delis[ from conducting any further mining activity outside the existing 9.9 acre permit area at <br />the Siloam Mine - Permit M-77-326, until such related disturbance has been included within an approved <br />permi[ area. <br />., <br /> <br />2. Mail, within one n) day after receipt of this Notice, to the Mined Land Reclamation Board, written notice <br />of your compliance with paragraph one (1) of this Cease and Desist Order. <br />3. ,Complete the following corrective atxion(s): <br />Replace the existing permit with a new I10(2) pcrnrit which includes the clay stockpile area oatside the <br />current 9.9 acre permit area by July 24, 1997 OR seeare a 112 permit by July 24, 1997 which ineludes <br />all acreage disturbed by Adience, Inc. <br />4.
