<br />printed end published in the City o(Ouray, County of Ouray, and State
<br />of Colorado.
<br />2. Thal the said The Ridgway Sun wss ettabliahed and has been
<br />printed and published in said County wntinuously end unintemtptmly
<br />dtrratg a period of a leu[ 32 consecutive weeks prior to the Cvst issue
<br />cheroot, containing said LEGAL NOTICE a copy of which is hereto
<br />attached.
<br />3. That the said The Ridgway Sun is printed end published N whole
<br />or in pert in the said County of Otaay.
<br />4. ThY the said The Ridgway Sun is a weekly newspaper within the
<br />meaning of "An Act Conuming Legal Notices, Advertisements and
<br />Pubiieations and The Feu of Printers end Publishers Thereof and To
<br />Repeal All Acts and Parts of Acts in Contlic[ with the Provisions of this
<br />Act," being Chapter 139 oC the Session Laws of Colorado of 1923 as
<br />amended by Chapter 113 of the Session Laws of Colorado of 1931. The
<br />Aot Ynrnded and repealed by Chaper 139 of the Session Laws of the
<br />State of Colorado of 1923 is Chapter 169 of the Session Laws of the
<br />Sum of Colorado of 1921, the same being Sec. 5392 to 5400, both inclu•
<br />sive, of the Compiled Laws of the Suk of Colorado of 1921, ss well u
<br />all subsequent statuks governing legal publications.
<br />S. Thaz the said annexed Legal Notfce was published in the regular
<br />and enlue editions of The Ridgway Suit a duly qualified newspaper for
<br />that purpose, within the terms of the above named Acts.
<br />6. That the said annexed Legal \otlce is a full, true and cortect copy
<br />of the original which was regularly published in each of the regular and
<br />entire issues of said weekly newspaper, a legally qualified newspaper for
<br />that purpose, for _ 'Saawasive weeks, end that the publication
