Seneca Coal Company, 1300 South Yale, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001, has
filed with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, an
application for Technical Revision No. 30 to the Seneca II Mine
Permit C-80-005. This revision presents an updated topsoil balance
plan as of December 1, 1995.

change in land use is associated with this revision.
