Long <br />Owision Director <br />On April 30, 2001 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on June 13, 2000, addressingthe following: <br />Combiningpermits M-1982-028, M-1984-081, M-1993-037and M-1998-072 into the existing IIZ Perini[ <br />M-1981-! 07and also adding 12.75 permit acres jor a total of 173 acres. <br />The tetras of the Amendment No. 3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-1981-107. All otherconditionsandrequirementsofPermitNo.M-1981-107 remain in full force and effect. <br />In order to release the performance and financial warranties for M-1982-028, M-1984-081, M-1993-037 and <br />M-1998-072 the operator wil I need to file a written release request for each site. The notification requirements for <br />warranty release request is not necessary since all sites will be incorporated in M-1981-107. <br />The Division estimated the cost to reclaim the site according to the reclamation plan in the amount of $132,600.00. <br />The Division currently hold a bond in the amount of $41,300.00. If you have not already done so, please submit <br />additional bond in the amount of $91,300.00.
