He has informed me that the
following actions have been completed pursuant to your
inspection report/ NOV:
1. Signs/Markers
The signs have been repaired.
2. Records
I am enclosing two copies of the hydrologic monitoring reports.
If you would take one copy with you to Hovi Sales in Oak Creek,
then chances are pretty good that it will be there when you get
there.
3. Hydrologic Balance
Culvert C-1
A diligent effort uas made to locate this culvert -- to no
avail. Routt County has either removed this culvert or buried
it so deeply that it cannot be uncovered with the machinery
which we presently have available. Our back-hoe is still down.
However, gouging around with the front end loader on the North
side of the county road has not uncovered a trace of this
culvert.
Culvert C-2
This culvert does not exist. It is questionable whether a
culvert at the indicated location would perform any useful
function. I will further address this culvert after I review
the site plan map.
Culvert C-4 has been cleaned
Culvert C-3 has been converted into an open ditch.
Again, I will reflect this change after I receive the site plan
map.
