The <br />current abatement deadline for this NOV is Tuesday, June 17th. <br />Step 1 of this NOV required Seneca to remove all sloughed fill <br />material from the channel of Annand Draw near culvert YB-6. As <br />you noticed during your inspection of the minesite on June 9th, <br />this work has been completed. The only step left is to install <br />the silt fence at the toe of each road slope as an additional <br />measure to prevent a reoccurrence. Step 2 of the abatement <br />required us to grade the fill material located adjacent to RCR 27 <br />to the final 5:1 slope proposed in TR-O5. We are unable to <br />initiate this portion of the abatement next to RCR 27 until after <br />the 10-day public comment period expires, since TR-05 was <br />approved by the Division on May 30th. Finally, step 3 of the NOV <br />was to complete the construction of the relief drains on Yoast <br />Haul Road A per the designs in the permit. The riprap for the <br />down drains has been ordered and we will start receiving it later <br />this week. Seneca will begin finishing the abatement projects for <br />this NOV as soon as the riprap arrives and the public comment <br />period ends.
