Per the requirements of sections 2.B and 14.D <br />of the Colorado Domestic Sewarte Sludge Regulations (5CCR 1003-7, 1986) a <br />complete soils analysis must be performed and the results submitted before an <br />application can be determined to be complete and a Notice of Authorization to <br />Apply Domestic Sewage Sludge issued. The soils analysis provided failed to <br />include determinations of nickel, ammonia-N, and total phosphorus levels in <br />the soil as well as the soil cation exchange capability. <br />Upon receipt of the additional information identified, the Division will <br />complete its review of the application. You will be notified as to the <br />adequacy of any additional sutmittal within 30 days of its receipt. A <br />determination as to issuance c; denial of approval will be made within 30 days <br />of the Division's notification that the Letter of Intent is complete.
