In addition, a revised SEDCAD
model for the small area exemption demonstration has been included.
Please note that a revised Map 3E, which accurately reflects the as-built topography was included
in MCC's responses dated July 14, 1999 for TR#86. Please note that apre-construction contour
map was utilized for the prepazation of Map 3E that was submitted with MCC's application.
However, the drainage basins had been correctly drawn, as the incorrect contours are located
outside the Shafr #3 area (i.e. road to the shafr bench, the inclusion of the topsoil pile, electric
borehole and degas hole).
The roughly rectangulaz azea shown on the map represents the Shafr #3 pad, and the
triangular pad area represents the topsoil pile that had been planned, but was not
constructed.
2. Map 3E is designed to only show the locations of the watersheds. All drainage structures
are shown on Map 54B.
Map 3E has been corrected with as-built topography and provided with MCC's response
letter dated July 14, 1999.
4. The electric bore hole pad is shown on Map 3E, but did not represent the as-built
configuration, as discussed above. The revised Map 3E provided with MCC's response
letter dated July 14, 1999, has included the as-built topography.
See response to #2.
