Box 535 <br />Somerset, CO 81434 <br />IIIIIIIIillllllllll` • <br />RE: Sanborn Creek Mine <br />ID No. 05-04482 <br />Ventilation System and Methane <br />and Dust Control Plan Amendment <br />Dear Mr. k'right: <br />The enclosed plan amendment, dated January 27, 1994, consisting of <br />a cover letter and 3 map attachments, addressing sump evaluation <br />stations for the "C" seam sump, from the current water {toe) level <br />of 5,870 feet, to the maximum water (toe) level of 5,890 feet, is <br />approved in accordance with 30 CFR 75.370(a)(1). This amendment <br />will be incorporated into the current ventilation Plan approved <br />under 30 L~FR 75.316 on June 14, 1991. <br />The sump evaluation stations .for the maximum water (toe) level of <br />the "C" seam sump shall be at the toe of the water near the <br />following locations: <br />Four Input evaluation stations located: <br />1. In entry No. 1, between Crosscut Nos. 38 and 39. <br />2. In entry No. 2, between aroescut Nos. 39 and 40. <br />3. In entry No. 3, between crossout Nos. 4o and 41. <br />4. In entry No. 4, between crosscut Noe. 43 and 42. <br />Two output evaluation stations located: <br />1. Xn entry No. 5, between crosscut Nos. 42 and 43. <br />2. In entry No. 6, between crosscut Nos. 43 and 44. <br />As approved, checY, curtains shall remain installed et tho following <br />locations: <br />1. In crosscut No. 39, between entry Nos. 1 and 2. <br />2. In crosscut No. 40, between entry Nos. 2 and 3. <br />3.
