This map should include current topographic contours, all drainage control structures which are involved clearly labeled (culverts, ditches, etc.), and have the routing network clearly depicted. This should include all ditches, culverts, and sediment control features associated with Ponds D and E. No review of this portion of the revision will be conducted until this map is provided. Please identify this design in TR-18 permit text, referencing existing design plans including pond maps, cross-sections, riser details, etc. As you are aware, this design must be done by a registered, professional engineer and as-built certified by the same as well after construction. (Rule 4.05.6(10)) March 2, 1995 TCC response The original design for this pond is presented in permit C-81-071 and the appropriate references have been included in the text of TR-18. The appropriate information is incorporated by reference into TR-18. Also, the present design information has been prepared by Terra Matrix and signed by a professional engineer. The Division is aware of the original design and certifications for the pond.
