MANAGEMENT <br />RECEIVED <br />ppR 2 6 2004 <br />Division of Minerals and GeolagV <br />The DMG's letter dated April 13, 2004 transmitted its adequacy comments regarding the <br />referenced technical revision. Following are Bowie Resources Limited's responses to the <br />DMG's comments and concerns: <br />1. The overall grade of this light use road is discussed on new page 2.05-27i. <br />2. Culverts for the road are discussed on new page 2.05-27i. <br />3. Handling of topsoil stockpiling and general design grades are discussed on new page <br />2.05-27i. Sediment control for light use roads is described on page 2.05-26. <br />4. The DMG's reclamation cost estimate of $10,061 is acceptable to BRL. <br />5. No comment regarding cultural resources. If the work uncovers cultural resources, work <br />will be stopped until the site can be evaluated, in consultation with the CHS. <br />6.
